1. Search, filter, and focus
   Stack field filters (Five9 fields and 9Vault-enriched fields), show or hide columns per type, and sort the working set. Pin bookmarks and reuse field snippets so the values you use constantly are one click away.
2. Edit one — or many
   Open a row for a full detail form; 9Vault merges your edits onto the complete object before write so untouched fields stay intact. Or open the Bulk drawer: stage field chips across a selection, run object-specific actions, clear dependents where supported, and stream progress row by row as changes apply to Five9.
3. Import, export, clone
   Pull a working set out as a file, bring records in through a guided import map, or clone an existing object as a starting point for the next one — without reinventing the pattern by hand.

When you need a fast side-by-side on two live rows of the same type, Quick Compare opens the same JSON diff UI used in Diff Check — inspection only, no restore. For backup-vs-backup or backup-vs-live structured compare across the estate, that’s Diff Check’s job.

Diff Check — see change before you act

Diff Check is how serious teams stop guessing. Compare two backup runs, or a backup against live Five9, then drill from summary → object type → object → side-by-side JSON. Profile-driven mode applies Environment Profile transforms so environment noise (ref ids, domain ids, IVR layout noise, prompt WAV bytes) can mark objects equivalent instead of fake diffs. Raw mode compares literal structure when you need that fidelity — including semantic XML compare for scripts, workflow rules, and TTS prompts.

• Diff Report — per-type totals you can copy as TSV, export as CSV, or download as a branded PDF for change tickets and governance evidence.
• Change Insights — with Lumen, summarize a backup↔backup compare into a review narrative (scale, themes, IVR notes, checklist) without leaving the ops flow.
• Act from the selection — check objects or types, optionally enable differential restore, and launch the Change Wizard to hand off into preflight and promotion/restore — Diff Check stops at selection; the wizard owns execution.

Is this a Five9 product?

No — 9Vault is an independent product from 9Vault, LLC, built for teams that run Five9 VCC. Your Five9 relationship stays exactly as it is; Pulse is a configuration operations layer on top of the domains you already operate.

Does Pulse replace the Five9 admin console?

It replaces the slow path for day-to-day configuration work — search, bulk edit, compare, IVR tooling, media, numbers. You still use Five9 for the surfaces that belong there; Pulse is where ops teams move faster with a full configuration editor and an audit trail that names who did what.

What’s the difference between Quick Compare and Diff Check?

Quick Compare is for two live rows of the same object type — a fast inspection diff. Diff Check compares backup runs (or a backup against live) across selected object types, with profile-aware or raw modes, exportable reports, and a path into the Change Wizard when you’re ready to act.

Can I publish prompt audio to Studio as well as VCC?

Yes, when the publish credential has Studio connected (API key + scope). Media Manager can target VCC, Studio, or both, with conflict policy and durable jobs so a batch can resume if you leave the page.

Are PROD edits still controlled?

Yes. Writes honor your Fuse portfolio grants and approval rules, and PROD-labeled credentials participate in the same SDLC governance used by restore and promotion. Speed doesn’t mean bypassing the gates you defined.
